General performance: Transparent plastic sheet roll has a density of 1.35-1.45. The hardness and softness of the product can be adjusted by adding the amount of plasticizer. The water absorption and permeability of pure PVC are very low.

Mechanical properties: transparent plastic sheet roll has higher hardness and mechanical properties. Rigid PVC mechanical properties, its elastic modulus up to 1500-3000 mph. The flexible transparent plastic sheet roll has an elasticity of 1.5-15MPa. But the elongation at break is as high as 200%-450%. The friction of PVC is general, the static friction coefficient is 0.4-0.5, and the dynamic friction coefficient is 0.23.

Thermal properties: transparent plastic sheet roll has very poor thermal stability, it begins to decompose at 140 °C, and the melting temperature is 160 °C. The linear expansion coefficient of transparent plastic sheet roll is small, and the oxidation index is over 45.

Electrical Properties: Transparent Plastic Sheet Roll is a kind of polymer with good electrical properties, but its electrical insulation is not as good as that of PP and PE due to its large polarity. Dielectric constant, dielectric loss angle tangent value, and volume resistivity are larger, corona resistance is not good, generally suitable for low-voltage and low-frequency insulation materials.
