Plane bonding: Flat bonding is an uncommon bonding method used in cut acrylic sheet bonding, where the cut acrylic sheet is laid flat on the workbench and the glue is evenly squeezed onto the cut acrylic sheet surface, then place another adhesive plate diagonally on top of the glued cut acrylic sheet and press the edge to squeeze out air bubbles inside the glue.

Butt bonding: The bottom of the cut acrylic sheet is fixed with a piece of adhesive tape. A gap of about 3 mm thick is left in the gap of the cut acrylic sheet to facilitate the injection of glue. After the glue is squeezed, it waits to solidify naturally, two cut acrylic sheets are glued together and the tape is removed.
